Katie Debrah is a creative AI founder, strategist, and inclusion advocate redefining how we use technology to tell culturally resonant stories. Over a 15-year career spanning Google, YouTube, and major global brands, she’s led creative work that’s contributed to nine-figure digital outcomes, launched global campaigns for artists like Drake and Rihanna, and scaled AI-powered tools across 30+ international markets.
As the lead for YouTube Shorts Music Trends from Q1 2023 to Q1 2024, Katie’s strategy directly aligned with a period in which Shorts tripled the average artist’s reach, with 60%+ of new subscribers coming from Shorts, per YouTube Global Head of Music, Lyor Cohen.
Now the founder of Halo & Echo, Katie is preparing to launch HypeMuse—an AI marketing platform helping creators get discovered faster without losing the human story. Her tool will debut at the 2025 BridgeAI Annual Conference, hosted by Innovate UK and Digital Catapult.
